Two weeks to the day and no reply from my buyers Solicitor! Pull your finger out will ya!

I’ve already secured a hired-hand for my boat when I take ownership!

He’s been named Muffin.  A naughty play on a typical innuendo term for cat :D

That’s my sense of humour for you!

Anyway, the reason I felt I needed a deck hand was primarily for ‘mousing’.  The first time I visited my boat a cat shot out of it and promptly caught one!

Well, I don’t want mice stealing on board chewing through my push-fits do I! :D

So, I proudly present Muffin the Mouser ;)  Long may he reign :D

As David Ruffin once sang… Questions Questions Running Through My Mind…

• Should I bother with a TV
• Will I be really nervous taking the boat out for the first time
• Will my Daughter be a better helmsman than I
• Will my hopes for ‘cleaner’ living be realised in respect of a decent diet and will my Daughter start eating vegetables LOL
• Will I find a comparable hairdresser to that which I have enjoyed over the last 5 years

Shallow ponderings aren’t they… but ones that fill my head at present as I become happily consumed with ‘boaty’ thoughts ahead of my new life beginning very shortly.

I’ll also need to source a new employer as I’m not prepared to commute and will not miss my current job anyway.  Having been there for almost 11 years I’m ready to move on to new expieriences and responsibilities.
