Whilst doing my ironing yesterday it suddenly occurred to me that I’ll have to find space for my ironing board!

I may well install one of those nifty kitchen drawer ironing boards though.  Had one years ago.  Fit nicely into a 300mm drawer-line unit. 

I’ll have to replan my kitchen now :)

Heard back from the buyers solicitor with the usual billion questions but at least things are moving forward.  HURRY UP!
