Contracts Exchanged!

Better late than never; complete this Friday.  Already made an appointment to see the boat owner on Saturday afternoon to hand over the dosh and will meet with the boat fitter on Saturday morning to finalise plans and pay a down payment to him.

It was supposed to happen last Friday but I was left hanging in the balance… of course I was worried that it all might fall through so the exchanging of contracts today allowed me to let out a huge sigh of relief – metaphorically I pee’d my pants a little :D

Because I’d had to book the day off work last Friday I took the opportunity to move the rest of my gubbins to my new temporary accommodation so this Friday, on completion, I’ll have nothing to worry about.

I’M SOOOOOO EXCITED!
