One Week To Go!
What a journey so far!
From thought conception to the penultimate week before embarkation. Too late to have doubts or worries. The time has nearly arrived to start our new 4mph lives on the British waterways. YIPEEEEE :D
Bryan has been working flat out to complete my works and I hope I’ve not made him feel pressurised. Lottie’s bed is complete and the shower is in with the sink unit completed also. Looks FAB!
So, next Saturday is the day. Our made to measure mattress’ are being delivered direct to the boat and my Man & Van is transporting our personal possessions so we’ll arrive there around 1pm. If Bryan hasn’t finished his work and needs another day we’ll stack the boxes and escape to a local hotel for the night. Not a problem in the big scheme of things :)
